Updated... Been here a few years now and things are improving. Several of the outliers have moved away. The worst one a couple of weeks ago. Management and us have engaged in polite and civil discourse.. both sides apologizing for much of the maligned miscommunication. New homeowners have been moving in.. and there are 3 or 4 BRAND new homes built and up for sale... and there are other established homes for sale as well.. Please avoid this place at all costs. The park manager will make buddy, buddy with you the first year that you live there. The second year will be pure hell and he will find fault with everything you do or don't do. The will The work on evicting you, then work on taking possession of your mobile home. He the fixes them up and rents them out. In this State, the law favors the landlord. In 2025 alone there were 11 evictions, so buyer beware!!!!!!!!

I been leaving messages no one calls you back they never answer the phone . I guess there not in any hurry to sell there homes over there , which there is a few for sale..sad my dad was instested in looking to by overr there not a good way to run a business !!
