Thought my tanning ended after my 6 month contract with them, wasn’t explained that I had to go in and sign papers to cancel billing month to month and just now realized that I’ve been billed for 5 extra months on a card I never use. Called to see if we could work anything out but no it’s my fault because it’s in the contract. Lady said they called me and asked if I wanted to continue but I have no record of call or voicemail saying they asked if I wanted to cancel! Wonderful customer service!!! All the girls are so friendly!
Loved going there until I received terrible customer service at the end of my tanning. I stopped to pick up my 160.00 lotion to find out it had been thrown away. When the girl looked in the computer she said she called and left me a voicemail to a number I've never had. I called the number and it was disconnected. Poor poor poor way to do customer service. Offered me nothing!! Will never go back!
I have been frequenting CC for over 10 years. Best customer service, up to date products and services, and clean and reliable environment.
