Carlos did an excellent job. Very professional, courteous and efficient. He insisting on getting all our HVAC problems solved. He went above and beyond discovering our problems and proceeded to fix same in timely and safe manner.
Our A/C went out earlier this week. Carlos got to us in a timely fashion and not only got us cool again, but diagnosed why our heat didn't work last winter and fixed that as well. All within about 3 hours and that includes the time going to get the part for the heater. He is extremely professional, explained everything to us, and was exceptionally priced. Hopefully we won't need him again anytime soon (no offense Carlos), but he will be the first call we make!
Our AC decided to die in the middle of summer. I called Carlos came out to our house exactly when he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our older unit and was able to source the parts and get it fixed within a few hours. Very pleased with the quality of his work. Will be using him again if we have any issues in the future.
Our central A/C & Heat blower motor went out when it was 38 degrees. Carlos came out the same day and replaced the motor with a new one he had in his truck. He cleaned the evaporator coils and squirrel cage better than any company that has ever been to our house. Excellent prices and maintenance and repairs are done correctly. Call Carlos for all your A/C & Heating needs. Take it from experience, Carlos is the best! A+
