Teddy and his brother are awesome. Over 7 years ago I bought my house (ranch/attic) ...originally built in 1955. It only had a whole house fan and radiant heat/gas (no ducts /vents). The radiant heating went out 4 years ago. When our home warranty company failed to address our heating urgency, we had to try an alternative. Luckily, my sister is working with a heating company and we were able to contact him. This gentleman came over later that day and took care of our heating issue in less than 20 minutes. There is unfortunately not many service people/companies like Caribbean Breeze; Teddy (our serviceman) was very understanding and helpful. I could not ask for a better service. From start to finish there was no questions from me about what we needed and how it would be done. There was not a single penny of "hidden charges". We had a HVAC tear out and replacement and he was in and out in no time. Besides the new furnace you would never know he was even here. Very professional, extremely nice, and there was no disruption to our day. If I could give 10 stars I would!
I would highly recommend Teddy and this company. He was hardworking and got the job done quickly and was reasonably priced. Very kind ,pleasant to work with and will go to him for any future needs.
Teddy and Ricky are very hardworking men. They installed my new ace unit and furnace. It works great no issues thank you so much highly recommend
