ZERO stars. Hands down the WORST customer service for cars on St. Thomas. They do NOT honor your warranty. They claim that their lot is always full. Told me 4 months out to get an oil change. My 2 year old Yukon died on waterfront due to a sensor (recall issue that they knew about)- they said I’d need to tow it myself. I’ve waited 9 months to get an appt for a suspension issue. Service guy is always on vacation. They should NOT be allowed to continue to sell vehicles if they cannot service them. They treat their customers li... read more
Our Jeep needs recall work, service manager won’t return calls, won’t take appointments, rarely makes effort to sender the phone. Just says call back next week. This has gone on for months. Will NEVER spend another dime here. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
