ZERO stars. Hands down the WORST customer service for cars on St. Thomas. They do NOT honor your warranty. They claim that their lot is always full. Told me 4 months out to get an oil change. My 2 year old Yukon died on waterfront due to a sensor (recall issue that they knew about)- they said I’d need to tow it myself. I’ve waited 9 months to get an appt for a suspension issue.
