She doesn't get back in touch with her patience and she doesn't explain what's going on. If I could I would change doctor.

Not impressed! Was totally distracted with her new Hire while she was seeing me. She actually left the room during our visit..... then the new person got the wrong needle.... and Dr. Cordell talked negative about her catching on. Today I cake l called about the next step since it's been a while since I was seen and did my pt.... the Assistant Holly was rude and smart mouthed. Before ending the call I asked what her name was and she replied "Holly, I'm her assistant and I'm sitting right next to her." Very unprofessional........ read more
