Not impressed! Was totally distracted with her new Hire while she was seeing me. She actually left the room during our visit..... then the new person got the wrong needle.... and Dr. Cordell talked negative about her catching on. Today I cake l called about the next step since it's been a while since I was seen and did my pt.... the Assistant Holly was rude and smart mouthed. Before ending the call I asked what her name was and she replied "Holly, I'm her assistant and I'm sitting right next to her." Very unprofessional........ read more
Five star rating was earned throughout the entire staff, facility, and process. Surgery on dominant shoulder 19 weeks ago was so well performed it showed during physical therapy, and other shoulder patients were asking where I had gone. I proudly mentioned DR Cordell. I even experienced only using NSAID and ice for what I consider as very minimal pain. I am so grateful! I highly recommend DR Cordell and her team!
Absolutely fantastic doctor. Did a first rate job on my dominant shoulder. Professional while also exceedingly friendly and personable. Staff is top notch. Would completely recommend and will see her again if needed.
