Cari Ann Carter sold two houses for us. One 24 years ago and one closed yesterday. We appreciated that her team stayed focused on our house until it sold. They created beautiful photography and videos and kept our house looking attractive and clean throughout multiple showings and open houses.
We had just moved from Sydney Australia and needed help finding the right house in our budget but also in the Edina school district. She was able to show us a house that was not even on the market yet and we were able to purchase a beautiful , extremely well built and maintained custom home. We did not have to complete with other buyers on the purchase price. We couldn’t be happier.
