They shut car off for 5$ didn't tell me bought new battery cables cost me a 100$ been on time customer for 30 months only owe 2 more payments I would not not not !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Recommend lots of buy here pay here on tour 51 at least 20 lots to choose from a lot nicer cars tooo

I am a first time customer at car hop. The experience from the pre-approval until driving off the lot was exceptional. The actual price of the vehicle purchase was close to kbb value. Of course, because of my credit score, the interest is higher. The car seems to be in good working order and with proper maintenance it should be fine. I would advise anyone with credit issues to try here. But be honest with your situation. They sold us a 2003 Chevy Blazer, which they claim was inspected by a certified mechanic and a PA inspection was put on the day before we paid $7000 for a 13 year old Blazer with over 140k miles on it. They informed us that particular Blazer was the only vehicle on the lot they would finance. My husband is a disabled Veteran. We have a little over 1000k miles on it since we purchased. This business is pathetic. Do not buy from them, you will get screwed over. Customer service sucks, can't get ahold of anyone. Have no warranty on any car you get from them, gets denied when you are trying to fix your car. And the people who work at Springfield MO location do not know crap about cars. Tell u that there was no SPARK PLUGS IN VEHICLE. SO DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They have no experience what so ever with customers.

I had a great experience at CarHop! I was in and out within an hour, and they were very customer friendly. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in need of a vehicle, they are a lot of help.
