All I got to say is that the customer service I received was be on my Expectations. It feels more like customer care than service. Derrick at the bellingham WA location was really awesome he treated me like I’m somebody he took the time to work with me and maid sure I got my perfect vehicle. Basically all I’m saying is I’m happy and satisfied with my purchase. If you need a car and In Bellingham WA go to Derrick and he’ll take care of you god bless

I bought a car from Carhop a little over a year ago, & sense then my car has had nothing but problems. Very unreliable vehicle, and too much money was put into it that shouldn’t have been. The only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars is because the customer service at the Bellingham store was amazing. The new manager was always so kind when I came in.
