Don’t go here, they wasted our time. I drove all the way from Lynwood to Auburn. This is a false advertisement. Don’t let them bait into there trap. You better off going somewhere else. No stars
I was looking for a used car to commute to and from work, and just to get around town. I contacted CarHop, and to my surprise they were genuine, transparent, and got a fast approval for me. They made my car buying experience stress free. They even stayed past closing to make sure I went home in a car and not the bus!
I have been to Car Hop on two occasions. Both times Jason was there by himself with a room full of customers and he was doing his best to get to everyone. But, the problems i have with this place is that i came in with $400 down and Jason leveled with me that because of my credit score, i would probably be choosing out of the cars in the row closest to store. Carhop is full of lies and dishonesty. They will help you get a car reguardless your credit but they wont be honest about their cars because most of their cars are pieces of lemons from companies whom they scrap their cars. Overall Im paying 15k for a car they paid 1500.00 for and just to be clear the car broke down 4months later and i had to pay over 1500.00 to fix what they dont cover in warranty.
