Erin was amazing! They all honestly do their best to help with every step of it! Thank you all! Edit - the finance dept does not work with the office staff so it’s beyond a mess, had the car from Feb to June and had two motor issues but when it came down to payments you better figure it out regardless if the office wants to help finance doesn’t care.
The process was easy and the staff were great ! Look forward to seeing them next year for an upgrade !
DO NOT USE CARHOP!! They actually NEED to be SHUT DOWN! They seem nice and everything but really just want you into a car to set a trap! We tried to get into a 2012 Chrysler 200, the silver one on the lot. Omg it's way overpriced for the mileage already. But the trans is shifting really bad and the motor smelt like it had no oil. Basically the transmission will need replaced very very soon!
