Had been with them about eight years, and two vehicles. My last SUV got totalled, they promised to help get me in new vehicle, and bundle remaining payments, since insurance did not cover what I still owed them. They had closed location near me, drive to nearest one, did paperwork, only to be told they couldn't help me, as I was outside of their sales area (by about five miles). Will never use or recommend them again
