Monica was extremely helpful and got me into a 2012 Subaru. We had a really good experience!
Unprofessional, I was forced to watch a video like a child about the car purchasing experience. They rely on AI bot to answer the questions as a vetting process only to have everything you have already entered in the website to have to do it again along with the documents that have also already been uploaded into their system. A waste of time redundancy.
The salesperson Monica was extremelly helpful with my unique situation and got us into a vehicle pretty quickly! Zero complaints!
