They were absolutely amazing very friendly and helpful!
Sandy and Deb are excellent and they acutally try to help. UAC coporate however is a whole different story. Miss one payment they shut your car off immediately and come to repo it. The customer service agents are really rude, dont work or understand anyones situation and only want their payments. I personally wouldnt waste your time here go else where. Plus the cars are priced way over their vaule. I have an 09 Impala that comes to 19,000 dollars with 138,000 miles you do the math.
