Honestly they have good customer service. But i went and bought a car and the car was dirty smelled bad cigarret burns on the carpets. I took the car home and guess what the car was heating up. I went to carhop and they told me to take it to the shop i did. I didnt have a car for 3 days. I got the car back and it was overheating once again. Man honestly i took the car back. Just waiting to get my refund back and i hope i get 197 back
Terrible service and cars. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Horrible decision to buy from this dealer. 3 years later I'm still paying $400 a month to total 14k for a car worth 3k. Highly advise to find some other way. any other way to get a car is better than these ppl that miss inform you just to make a buck of you.
On the commercials it says use your future down payment to get a car but that's not true. They do not use the amount towards your down payment it does towards your loan balance. So for the program you would put a down a down payment and when you get your return you would put more money down to lower your balance.
