Not giving a 1 star because as a business owner I understand sometimes things are out of your control. I purchased my home from them April of 2024, we’ve had minor issues with leaky exterior pipes, and uneven tile work. I’m okay with that. What I’m not okay with is finding boulders amount of concrete over flow from they poured the foundation. Did they remove the over flow? Nope, just put dirt and sod over it. Our first home was a Carharp Home. The building process was a breeze and the finished product was beautiful! We ended up selling it for a planned community with sidewalks. The difference in quality work from our Carharp Home to the big builder our current neighborhood uses was astronomical. Needless to say, we were spoiled with Carharp Homes and they set a high bar that has yet to be matched!
