I’m writing this review today because I know I will not ever get the chance to speak with the builder again. When we bought this home almost seven years ago, the builder told us he had been building homes for a long time but was just starting his own business and wanted to build quality homes people would recommend. Not giving a 1 star because as a business owner I understand sometimes things are out of your control. I purchased my home from them April of 2024, we’ve had minor issues with leaky exterior pipes, and uneven tile work. I’m okay with that. What I’m not okay with is finding boulders amount of concrete over flow from they poured the foundation. Did they remove the over flow? Nope, just put dirt and sod over it.
