Rich and his team are absolutely fantastic. Fast, communicative, and take serious ownership of their craft. This would be my first and only recommendation. Also a thank you to Mark and Krystal for their efforts in planning along the way. If I knew the names of everyone involved I would list them here. Again, the ownership and passion to bring a project to life is in shorter supply these days, and Carharp is a group that still has it. I’m writing this review today because I know I will not ever get the chance to speak with the builder again. When we bought this home almost seven years ago, the builder told us he had been building homes for a long time but was just starting his own business and wanted to build quality homes people would recommend.
