I have been in automotive repair business for 14 years and this is the worst company we have ever dealt with. They have been lying to me for a month that the engine that I have bought has been lost by a freight company, then that they pulled another engine and it has been already picked up but the freight company put a wrong shipping label on it. Purchased a part for a truck. Had great service then, part ended up being bad before they shipped it. Was told I was getting a refund sent to me in the mail. That’s fine. Two weeks later still no refund, can never actually speak to someone in accounting. Was told it would be wired to me since I had to wire it to them. Still haven’t received that. I’m tired of getting the run around. Only one person seems to be trying to help me there but I still can’t get any answers.

Worst salvage yard that I have ever dealt with . Don't buy anything from these people . They don't care about you as a customer

Needs better customer service. Very rude and do not follow through with parts/service. we received one motor from them, it was bad.. called and ordered the replacement motor for warranty...now 3 weeks later and still have no motor. The lady makes a new excuse every time I call trying to get ETA. very poor business.

do not ever purchase from this company. ordered a frame 4 months ago. called every day and was told by the owner it's shipped. couldn't provide any tracking numbers, today we called the same owner who said our frame has shipped and was told they are sending us a refund( I doubt we'll see it giving the companys track record) and was told the frame they said "was already shipped" is damaged. worst company to deal with ever..

I drove 75 miles to this place... they advertised a very expensive Mercedes transmission for only $250. and told me it had 90,000 miles on it. I went prepared with power tools to remove the transmission drain pan. I was led to the transmission and was very surprised how extremely well run the place seems. The transmission case was in extremely good shape. If they had told me it had 2000 miles on it, I would have believed it. I removed the transmission drain pan and it was ultra clean inside. Perfect. Ordered a Mercedes transmission on a Monday for shipment to Oklahoma, shipped the next day and had it by Friday. Customer service always accessible and friendly. Totally different experience from what other reviews say....
