The end of Aug I ordered a rear Quorter glass for my Excursion and they had 11 in stock. (still showing 11 online in stock) after several calls each week, excuses like weather, holiday, have a couple more to look at, clamps broken (no clamps on excursion window) they will call me back but never do. left messages, manger was rude even cussing as she was hanging up, guessing she thought I was already disconnected. This place is an absolute joke! They damaged a motor before sending it out and then mocked the damage. I said “You cut the wiring harness off” the woman said “oh god no not the f*ing wiring harness, you sound like an idiot!”. The main wiring harness is kind of a necessity. They said it would be here in 2 days, a week after ordering we called she said it shipped out yesterday..then called the next day and she said it will ship out tomorrow. The biggest joke of a business in America! They sell you junk Motors that are no good and are knocking. The reason it's knocking? Because it's an aluminum engine and these vehicles have been in a fire aka warping the Motors. Then when you send them back they only want to refund you 75% of your purchase price. Or you can get 2 new Motors but they aren't guaranteed to work either. Then they lie and tell you they are sending new ones and never do. Lousy service, Kathy, Miranda and Danielle cant seem to find parts you have paid for, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place...
Lousy service, cant get a straight answer from Kathy, Danielle, or Miranda if the motor I purchased 4 weeks ago even exists.... Stay away from this place, save your time and resources, these people dont seem to tell the truth or respond to email with updates...
Honesty. I understand things go wrong. Communicate don't ignore or make excuses. I was patient, waited 3 weeks when I was told multiple times the part was out for delivery. Hate to leave a negative response but I hope they read this and learn future business depends on how they treat people.
