Very poor business practices! Very rude, don't return phone calls, don't answer your phone call, they act like you are bothering them. I tried to buy a tailgate for over 6 weeks that they said they had. I finally gave up and found one elsewhere. Then again I tried to buy a door and fooled around with them for over 6 weeks with them saying they had one. Again I gave up. The end of Aug I ordered a rear Quorter glass for my Excursion and they had 11 in stock. (still showing 11 online in stock) after several calls each week, excuses like weather, holiday, have a couple more to look at, clamps broken (no clamps on excursion window) they will call me back but never do. left messages, manger was rude even cussing as she was hanging up, guessing she thought I was already disconnected.
