Booked a load with them at 8am, was told the load would't be ready till 2pm. drove 60 miles to get there the customer canceled the load. Which is fine that happens in trucking. But when I called for a tonu and said they are not going to pay me becasue they didnt feel like they should? what kind of business that been open that long doesnt follow the simple rules of trucking
