Stay away. I used this company for a international shipping and their agent at the destination end was of no help and appears to have little experience. When I attempted to contact this company for help with their agent, they ignored ALL emails and ALL phone calls. End result, paid far too much money for the freight and customs clearance service. After weeks of waiting on confirmation of the clearance and port fees they estimated and extorted me to pay (or pay big money daily for demurrage) they have failed to supply. I did ... read more
