Not bad at all, I personally didn’t experience anything that most reviewers wrote, my appointment was at 2pm I came at 9:30am checked in, the lady in the drivers check in was friendly, she even gave me her broom since someone broke the one outside. 30 mi later I got a door by 11am I was loaded and out. All you need to do is slide your tandems and sweet your trailer very simple instructions. If your late, good luck!!! Was booked a load supposed to pick up between 13:00-17:00 And arrived at 4:30 pm and now it’s already 9:30pm and asked for update and was told that my appointment it was at 1pm so they do load late drivers at the end of the night…
One star is too much for this place. Unfortunately this is just another company that could care less about truckers. Well I’m back a year later this place is still a joke.
If you value your sanity and your rig, stay far, far away from Cargill. They're more concerned with getting their product out the door than with doing business honestly and respectfully. Don't get stuck with a load that's going to put you in trouble with the law. It's not worth it. Here's the deal: they overloaded my truck to the point where I was illegal on my drive axles and almost illegal on my trailer.
