How are you going to fire someone who has busted their ass to work for your company and then they become severely ill and miss 3 days and come back and have a doctors note ???? This is how you show your employees you care about there health??? Why would you want someone who is so sick to be around raw meat ??? This is why your turn over rate for employees is high because you don’t care about the people who work for you !!!!
I was an employee there for 8yrs. I worked in the shipping department under some of the nicest people around. Everyone was very friendly from the people I worked with all the way to the president of the company. It is a great company. I miss everyone there and wish them all the best in the years to come. Go Cargill. :)
Never coming here again I will be denying all future loads to this place and advice all owner ops to do the same I've been here 11hours and counting
