The chicken scratch grains recently killed one of my adult 1year old chickens from the feed actually choking the chicken. I have emailed them now twice with no response. The feed this time looked nothing like the past 2 years I’ve been buying it. This feed all looks white with no actual grains in it. The corn is broken in half with sharp pieces in it. Was going to be 5 min late for a noon pick up and was bumped back to 1)600 app. Waited over 2 hrs in truck. Another 2-3 hrs in the dock being loaded. All automated check in & communication. No real people/service. Only person you’ll c is the guy with paperwork & seal after loading. This place ALWAYS takes at least half a day to pick up.
It's in my opinion this place is a terrible place to do business with. My grain trailer was damaged by this facility around the week of September 19th a couple thousand dollars worth plus 3 days of downtime to get it fixed. They told me they are unloading 500 trucks a day which is $500,000 bushel and they don't have time to do anything about my trailer when it was their probe operator who did it. And I have not got a phone call since, I shouldn't have to call this facility and be treated rudely in order to get anything done ... read more
