Respectful staff but terrible punctuality. Bought my car less than 6 months ago. Last Thursday (April 9th) I got a flat tire. I called them and they said they wouldn't be able to get it done until monday, which was fine because they were busy. I drop off my car. They tell my it will be done on monday. I call on Monday, still hasn't even touched the shop, whatever im tolerant. Then I call on Tuesday.
