Las personas que trabajan para esta empresa deberían de recibir capacitación como tratar al cliente, dan una porquería de servicio te tratan como si el servicio fuese gratis ,,, en resumen no mandé la encomienda porque la inútil que me atendió no me recibe la caja porque pesaba mucho y que la tenía que ir a dejar a otro lado pero no supo cómo darme la dirección o cómo guiarme.
