Самое отвратительное место для аренды авто. Авто попало в ДТП не по нашей вине, был предоставлен отчет из полиции, они получили от страховой виновника $2700 и также взяли с нас 500, ни за что. Не отвечают, заблокировали везде, там работает Кирилл, это вообще существо оно, а не человек, с ним лучше вообще в диалог не вступать, но кроме него там никого нет. Booked a reservation, came to pick up the car and was met by a man screaming at me that I'm at the wrong door, bear in mind two doors right next to each other and of the same company, I then went into the right door, (no clear signage) and was met by another guy who rudely told me 'first time' get out your license and credit card, no good morning, no how are you, service is appalling, after doing so I said i will pay the reservation in cash and the deposit on card, as is stated on their website they want cash, but they also ... read more

I called this rental car company to ask about their rates and availability, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. Instead of answering my simple questions, they hung up on me mid-conversation. That’s not the kind of customer service anyone should experience, especially when trying to give a business money. I won’t be renting from them, and I recommend others take their business elsewhere until they improve how they treat potential customers.
