Caroline was a pleasure to work with, and if we need a vehicle in the future, I will make an effort to stop by and see if she still works there.
Caroline was great, helpful, polite. And as far as I'm concerned, she gets a 10 star rating.
Mostly transparent with pricing. They do add a $700 surprise charge for a ceramic coating, so be aware of that because the price is not made known on the website. Otherwise the process is fairly straightforward and hassle free
Worst experience ever. Went to help my daughter get her first car at the Hooksett location. We took the car for a test drive and immediately noticed suspension issues and an oil leak, so we wanted to negotiate the price to get it fixed. Patrick and Caroline promised to bring it in to be fixed at the service center in Nashua so we could purchase it. They held the car for 2 days, then called to say they replaced the valve cover gasket and everything was fixed, they just got it back from the Nashua service center. The car was s... read more
