I haven't had my car for a month and these people is giving me a hard time about one missed payment that is three days behind. I was told them I will have payment next week. The guy told me he will not be able to work with me. OH WOW! Well since they have a problem with working with people and he was over talking me and be rude. Today has been a day, I was a bit scared but god guided me!!!! Brandon help me a lot today very friendly the staff was very friendly, I was able to get back on track and back on the road.
WARNING!!! They pressure you into buying a car you don't want just because they cannot get rid of it. Then you have to pay a big amount bi weekly. And if you can't pay on time your car will get towed!! I should've read the reviews before leasing a car here!! I'm sure all of the good reviews are from family and friends!
THEY BS You when you need your carfixed especially if your making payments on a car just bad for business
DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE !!! My transmission went out within 4 months of having my vehicle!! The finance department trying to force me to refinance the car to fix the transmission I declined letting them know I’ll just pay it in full!!! I missed 1 payment and they are refusing to release my vehicle to me!!! After already having to pay almost 3,000 to fix the transmission!!! Wendy does not want to help or work with you no matter how many times she says she’s trying to…they are milking people out of their money who work hard... read more
