I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I made the mistake of buying not one, but two cars from them, and both turned out to be a nightmare. The last car I bought already had major issues—the engine was going out and the alternator failed right after I got it. They only give you a one-month warranty because they know their cars are junk and don’t want to be responsible once things fall apart. IM LEAVING A SECOND REVIEW BECAUSE THE FIRST REVIEW WAS BASICALLY FORCED AND WAS WRITTEN BEFORE I DROVE OFF THE LOT. I PURCHASED A VEHICLE FROM THIS LOCATION ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET TO WORK FOR A FULL WEEK SINCE. MY CAR HAS BARELY BEEN RUNNING SINCE I BOUGHT IT. We had a great experience at Carfect! Gelacio was super helpful and had amazing customer service—he really took his time with us, explained everything clearly, and did his best to make sure we were satisfied and left with our dream car. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The manager, Marcos, was also very helpful and made sure everything went well from start to finish. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for great service and a team that truly cares about their customers!
They really worked with me and didn’t let me down. Came in for the 2nd time unsure of the 1st but Tony was so convincing and helpful to me that I decided to come back and he was a big help. He knew what I did and didn’t want and really worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and I’m very thankful for that, big shout out to Tony. I hope you all are ready to give me a new vehicle at 10 am because the one I just purchased at 7pm has an engine that is knocking and an ignition that won’t start without a jump. $18,000 car 🤷🏾♀️
