I purchased my Jeep on July 28th 2023. Initially I was ecstatic. I've left a great review on a couple other sites. I will now update it. The vehicle is great and the issues I had were minor. I didn't mind fixing them on my own. But today is March 3rd 2024 and I have yet to receive my license plate. At the time of my purchase I still have a few months on my personalized tag. Owned 4 vehicles on one dealership. 1st time to get a car on this dealership and it was a.mistake. bought a Ford edge 2 months ago with the Sales Agent, Irvin who was very helpful...its because they want my business. But 2 months passed, and called him 3 weeks ago following up the status of my license plate. Was told he will call back but never happen. 2 more calls made, still no call back.
