Finished efficiently faster then others promised. Very satisfied.
According to multiple local contractors who have viewed our failure, it was caused by a fan that was out of balance from startup. This lead to our unit catastrophically wrecking less than 2 years after startup and requiring 2 $650(if self done) bearing changes along the way. They refused to help with diagnosis or replacement of parts for weeks after failure. I hired the company to take a look at our gun range due to the exhaust system not functioning properly. They came out and said the exhaust fan motor needed to be replaced. They replaced the motor and when they tested it, they told me that our VFD needed to be replaced also. The replaced the VFD and approximately 8 months later the exhaust fan was making a horrible noise. I cannot comment about their work, but this guy has no business driving. He is going to end up killing somebody. I observed him cutting off several people across multiple lanes on 294, riding peoples bumper who were already going over the speed limit. Seems to have no regard for others. If this were my employee he would have been fired. Hope the company has a really good insurance policy.
