Nurse Jones was very Professional, efficient and showed Kindness… The young lady who drew my blood,( she did tell me her name) was very friendly and smiled the entire time holding conversation, the Lady who checked me in to have my blood work done also showed kindness… These things go along way when one is in an unfamiliar environment! Side Note: though she was not serving me the Patient transporter was even Nice!!! Great experience overall
