Spoke with Tasha for assistance, she's very nasty and her demeanor was gross. Because I wasnt sure if I "called dispatch", and informed her that I was just dialing the number that I received in order to call for assistance , she began to huff and puff and blow as if I was annoying her buy just expecting her to do the job she was given. I informee her that I no longer needed their services and I hung up the phone.
The driver was very kind but the whole service by Carey is a total rip off. You are being charged for garage to garage, so you also pay hourly rates for the driver to get to the airport and back again, which you can’t trust or control. Moreover, even if you share the flight time and pay for international arrival, the company does not include time buffer so you just pay even when you are still in the airport. Employees are treated like trash by management. I would not recommend working here.
