I’ll give them a 2 star review because they showed up. One of the two men that showed up said we could follow him but he wasn’t going to say anything. The other guy said to ask him whatever we wanted. That didn’t play out very well as he made himself unavailable. I understand home inspections have to be vague but this was a bit much. When I called to clarify on a detail, he (Don) said it could be 5 figures to fix but that he cannot comment on how much it would cost by law. I get it. If you're looking for a professional and personable team, I highly recommend Don and Matt for your home inspection! Our post inspection summary was followed up by an extremely detailed report, along with images. As wonderful and thorough as their report was, some things just can't be shown on paper - like Don and Matt's genuinely nice personality. In a nutshell: I trust them....which is a relief, because we're new to the area and to home buying :) P.S. Did I mention they were ON TIME!!
