I'm a licensed contractor in Kentucky, with 30 years of air conditioning, heating and refrigeration experience. A friend of mine asked me to look at his mom's air conditioner in Bardstown, because Carey's heating and air conditioning told her she needed a new system; that her entire system was flat. And that her reversing valve was stuck, not allowing refrigerant to even pass through. Called Carey Heating and Air at 7:57 this morning, they were able to get me in for an appointment. Josh the technician was amazing. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He gladly answered my 50 million questions. 😊 I was so pleased with the customer service and the technical service that I signed up for a Maintenance Agreement. I’m 100% a satisfied customer.
