I literally wanted to buy her flowers!!! Dr. Carey gracefully and professionally declined my solicitation of her favorite flower. I have been a patient of Dr. Carey’s office for about 5 plus years. I came with a great deal of anxiety and dental fear. The entire staff provided awareness, concern and care in assisting me in getting through each visit. My family & I didn't have a good experience with Dr. Carey's office from the start. Starting with our first few visits, she was very pushy about doing extra services, such as "deep cleanings." The staff also wasn't friendly, respectful, or professional; cleanings were done very sloppily, and the assistant wouldn't even apologize when spilling water on my face and such. Everyone in the office was very nice. However, I was charged for a fee for “after normal business hours” and my appointment was at 2:00. When I questioned them they said it’s considered after normal business hours. The information on google shows their hours on this particular day from 10 to 5 P.m. I was never told when making the appointment that normal business hours ended at noon. I felt the recommendations I receive were excessive.
