They are quacks!!!!
The appraisal she did on our home was very low. I looked over the comparables she used and none of the were on our road although 4 homes had sold in the last few months. When I pulled up those homes all sold for a considerable amount more than she appraised our home. We are doing an equity loan and as this was our first experience with this I called her to try to find out why she had appraised our home so low.
