Staff is extremely unprofessional. I will never go to this location again. Sensitivity training and professionalism would go a long way.
Every provider I have seen or someone I know has seen here has a doctor complex. I would highly suggest sensitivity training for most if not all of your doctors, PA, CRNP, etc. They treat patients like they are being dishonest about how sick/in pain they are. Asking for a doctors note for one day off work is like asking for the strongest narcotic in a 90 day script to them. Very dissatisfied. Went online and reserved a time spot. Showed up 20 minutes early as stated online. Waited over 45 minutes just to find out the receptionist never marked me as checked in even after paying the copay upfront. After an hour I left without seeing a PA or getting the needed antibiotic I was in too much pain and couldn't sit any longer.
Made an appt “spot” for 4:30pm- still sitting here at 6pm in waiting room and walk-in are being called back before us. The wait time next to our name keeps going from 0-15 min and then back up to 7-22 min. Has happened for the last hour. Completely unprofessional.
