The staff was wonderful, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They helped my son right away, and did not rush us. Even gave him a popsicle, took his blood pressure, and had him rest a while when he felt dizzy. I was so impressed and will look forward to returning.
The receptionist answering the phone would not take the time or make the effort to simply see if they take my insurance. I was told to call my insurance company and ask them. It was Sunday afternoon when insurance company’s are closed. As if this urgent care doesn’t know what insurance they take? With that type of service being the 1st contact with this company I can only imagine the type of care they give. Needless to I will not be going. Luckily, there are many choice choices in the state College area.
I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this clinic. All staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I have to say something about the negative reviews I read. All of you think you’re entitled!!!! I had to shake my head and laugh at a lot of the reviews, because obviously you don’t know how things work. You can schedule an appointment here, reason people are seen before you. It is not the nurses fault when things are not uploaded about the appointment, the doctor has to finish his notes and most can’t until the end of the day. B... read more
You know at one time I rated you guys a five. Over the past 2 years I don't know what happened with you, but to DORTHY SNYDER LISLE... I want to thank you very much for not giving a damn about my 5-year-old grandson. We told you that he had a cold off and on since around thanksgiving. We told you that he had been to his primary care provider and that he said it was viral. That was a week and a half before he saw you!
