We stopped in this clinic to have my son tested for strep throat. The receptionist was rude and we waited for over 45 mins in the waiting room. After waiting I went up to get an estimate on how much longer it would be and if she could give me an estimate on the cost of this visit. She assured me it would be no more than $100. We got called back and then waited another half hour in the room. They tested us and then several weeks later we received a bill for over $200. Nastiest receptionist ever. Why is she even working in health care?
The girl at the desk in Bellefonte was so rude and acted like she didn’t have time to take care of you. I was there because of a broken tooth and she acted like I just wanted pain medicine. Very angry at how I was treated and I’ll never return there.
The staff treat you awful. If you want to stand at a window to yell your diagnosis/symptoms, then be treated like a burden because they have televisits until close so they tell you to go to the ER you are trying to avoid, then go here. The PA/NP is awful and they write you off like your looking for a script and not help. I'm literally sickened at how i was treated. I wouldn't take my dog here after my last experience.
