The “nurses” in the office, (J.F.) gossip about the patients and give out patients personal information. This can be heard if you’re in the waiting room and patients waiting room. They have ongoing complaints at this time with Geisinger’s main office.
Had no problem with walking in and being helped with seeing a doctor.

My experience here was fine, but they billed me as if I was seeing a specialist, not for urgent care. Since I did not have a referral from my primary care doctor (side note: Why would I have a referral if it is an urgent care visit?), insurance did not cover it. So they are called "Careworks Urgent Care" but they do not bill as urgent care. Make that make sense, please. So now I am trying to get a retroactive referral so I don't have to pay $310 for a visit that should only cost $15. I am sure I am not the only one to experi... read more
