I saw a PA named Alexandria here in the beginning of the month when I was sick and going through it. She was WONDERFUL. All of the staff I encountered was nice but she really went above and beyond. I really appreciate her kindness to me that day because I really needed it.
Just called to ask about vaccines. A lady answered (unknowingly) and I heard her saying how she isn’t answering the phone anymore. I said hello??? And she hung up. I called back to get hung up on. Do better, Geisinger. And hire better people. This was 2/20/26 at 10:20 am.

Fast and Great service! Shirley the receptionist was quick and friendly. Chris the medical assistant was very friendly, reviewed all my medical information thoroughly and the physician Patrick was very knowledgeable and explained everything well. My scripts were sent to the pharmacy before I could leave the parking lot! Definitely recommend for all your urgent care! Thanks guys
Went there on January 27. Was seen by Mikaela, she was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable about my systems. Would highly recommend this facility.
