I don't want to give this place any stars. My boyfriend and I recently had a very uncomfortable experience at this location that caused him to leave without being seen. While checking in, the receptionist used a Social Security number to locate an existing patient profile for my boyfriend. The system pulled up an outdated name (he's transgender), and instead of handling the situation discreetly, the receptionist said the name out loud in a small, full waiting room. Been here twice on different occasions with my son and both times we were seen quickly & the staff is so good with kids ! Our concerns were addressed effectively and treated .
