I Will agree with Mathew and the others that say this place needs overhaul for the food and the staff, except a few of them who are great.
Highly do not recommend!
Subjectively I find the staff to be lovely when I visit there (for the most part) but hearing details of patients waiting hours after a call bell, not getting in and out of bed at times requested, inconsistent hygiene protocols, etc, makes me believe they are understaffed. I’ve never seen any nurse or CNA on their phone or chatting, mostly run off their feet. I do not blame the employees for this, but the higher ups. So many staff members just standing around, chatting, hanging out, on their phones texting. This is a giant money pit, and even the few things requested of the staff in preparation of patient departure and prescription were done entirely wrong or not at all. I dont think the staff here have any idea what is going on, and are just here to hang out and collect a paycheck.
