Best Urgent Care experience I’ve ever received! My check in experience was smooth and I was able to be seen immediately. The nurse Dawn was absolutely amazing! She took the time to address all of my concerns and was extremely empathetic! You can tell she really loves her job and cares for her patients! You all are lucky to have her! Dr. Brian was also very kind and easy on the eyes despite the fact that I was there for an eye injury. Excellent experience. Great providers and very professional
Positive experience. Seen for ingrown/infected toe nail. Receptionists were polite and friendly, as well as the nurse. Brian O. performed my procedure, very professional and took the time to explain step by step. Got a prescription for what I need, in and out in under an hour. As for any urgent care, recommend setting a time online beforehand.
Been waiting for 2 hours. An hour in the waiting room and an hour in the actual room. These people are not good at managing their time. It's not busy at all there was me and 1 other in the waiting room. I'm here to get antibiotics for an ear infection i shouldn't be here for this long. Avoid this place they aren't good at their jobs
