I went in on a Saturday evening and was greeted by the girl at the front desk who was very friendly I was taken in within 5 minutes and since I went in for a sore throat swabbed me the nurse was very helpful and Dr Ocean answered all my questions in total I was probably there 20 minutes with a diagnoses and meds sent to my pharmacy right away overall very happy the only thing is due to the fact that the area and the building was kinda creepy but other than that the staff was excellent
