I had one of the first appointments of the day and still waited a half hour and almost couldn’t be seen because I didn’t bring something that wasn’t on their list of things to bring for the appointment, and that I had provided at an appointment the week earlier. Perfect place for a mind reader with nothing else in their schedule.
After two neglected experiences at this urgent care clinic, I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone who needs care. Last week, I had a head injury that did not result in immediate headache. Over the course of the week, I developed brain fog, headaches, trouble with focusing my eyes, trouble focusing in general, and increased sleepiness. Everyone was friendly and efficient. My visit went smoothly.
I had an emergency, I showed up and they squeezed me in diagnosed it. I got my medication. Very thankful.
