I had a great experience. The staff was super nice, professional, and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in. They were friendly, respectful, and took the time to make sure I felt at ease. Overall, I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a great experience with a caring and professional staff!
I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea at Carewell! From the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and truly caring. Chelsea takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make you feel comfortable rather than rushed. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients and their families. I’m so thankful to have such a wonderful medical center that I can trust and feel confident bringing my family to. Highly recommend!
This is the best place you could ever go for medical care. I went for a DOT physical and she ended up helping my husband who had just broken his arm at work and needed help getting his treatment plan started. She helped with finding financial aid for the scans that we would otherwise have needed to pay for out of pocket. She really goes above and beyond.
Chelsea has been my PCP pretty much since she opened. Always responsive, and is great at helping find referrals, medications , etc that are covered by our insurance. Thumbs up and 5 stars!
