My family encountered this company in the parking lot of the facility where my grandma is a resident. The drivers (two men ) were extremely rude and unprofessional in the manner they conduct themselves. I could not imagine trusting them to transport anyone. Danger to the vulnerable population they serve. Photo of company car for reference.
Do NOT use this company. They are a hazard to patients and drivers alike. The Carewell driver got mad at another driver, cut them off recklessly, and almost got into a high speed accident. 0/10 recommend.
Carewell Express recently transported my mother from the hospital to a skilled nursing facility for her broken ankle and ribs. They were supposed to transport her the day before but did not show up, and did not return any of the calls from the hospitals nurses/administration. While inside the hospital the 2 transporters almost dropped my mom multiple times when trying to figure out how to lift/lower her gurney. January 3, 2025 an Uber was sent to transport my elderly mother to Dialysis. Problem was HER Wheelchair! The company sent a Toyota Corolla to transport her - jeopardizing her safety without use of her wheelchair. Not to mention the fact that her life depends upon regular dialysis appointments.
