I have used Dr Champsi for over 10yrs. He's always done me right but not this time. I got partial dentures in May 2022. I had a tooth fall out of the top plate in December 2023. I don't feel that I should have to pay for a replacement. These should last longer than 18 months. Dr Champsi did not go to bat for me on this and wants to charge me$700 to replace. I do not recommend this place if you have anxiety surrounding the dentist. Before my appointment the assistant had quit and it was going to be the sweet lady up front who had to help with my wisdom tooth removal. She didn’t seem to know what all the tools were, which is fine. The dentist should have had me come a different day. I wasted $200 coming here. Plus, the dentist didn’t even check out the flap over my left bottom wisdom tooth, to see if there was infection. Just wanted to yank my top left one out.
Came here with a broken front tooth with no insurance. This dentist tried to tell me that in order to repair my front middle tooth, that I had to have all 4 front teeth shaved down and crowned because I have crooked teeth. Quoted me over $9000. I had to leave with a front tooth broke in half and felt helpless. He also told me I had 6 cavities that would need to be fixed. Thank God my wife took me to Dental Depot in Highland Village. Love, love, love the staff here. Service was great, went in for a teeth cleaning, and glad I came. 10/10 I would definitely recommend.
