Service was great as always. We love Carew and recommend them to all of our friends. Scheduling was great, talked to the Service Manager before scheduling. Great experience! Our tech Rob was great as well. Arrived as promised, very personable and got the job done quickly. If I could give more than 5 stars to Carew I would.
Personable, knowledgeable and efficient. All questions were answered and he explained everything he did. Very happy with the aervice we received.
There's a lot of HVAC companies in SE Wisconsin, but I'm glad I took a chance on Carew to check out some condensation leaks in our old furnace. Rob came out first and provided an honest opinion and clear next steps which ultimately led to replacement of our old furnace and AC; that went very smooth. Rob, Matt, Thad, and Mark have all been great to work with and are down to earth. Highly recommend these guys.
