After waiting for over 2 months for comfort club appt, Carew canceled it without any notice claiming I didn't answer a text msg quick enough that was sent at time of appt. They didn't even have courtesy to let me know they canceled. I had to call after waiting hours for their arrival. I have called twice and emailed requesting a refund of membership and am told a representative will call back but no one calls back. Terrible way to treat a long time customer. Carew heating & AC has always been prompt and professional. We used then on our former house, and we have used them on our current house. When you find good honest professionals, you stick with them ! Had Carew out recently for a warranty repair. First they got us up and running right away, even though they had to order a specific component. When it came in they worked around our schedule, and the service was excellent again. What more can I say. Glad we have them as a service provider!!
