I called them 15 times all at once no body picked up, when I went there the assistant said “keep calling we won’t pick up” such a rude lady, i really want her to be fired. I can’t even make an appointment now they don’t even pick up the phone, especially when i speak English, when i call them i have to press the number for Arabic then they pick up the call otherwise. They should really change that girl, and honestly shouldn’t be hired at any other clinic.
Please change the clinic's name to Ignoreville. Been almost a month waiting for files to be transferred to a more proactive practitioner.
We had to wait 2 hrs before the doctor saw my Parents and came 20 mins before our appointment and they saw other patients that came after us. It felt like we at ER with the long wait.
Have tried to call for 5 days and cannot get anyone on the phone. My pharmacy has faxed a prescription renewal request 3 times and there has been no response. I am very dissapointed with this clinic.
